Yoga to build wellbeing, flexibility & strength

Welcoming classes in a supportive environment — suitable for beginners and regular practitioners.

About Veronica

I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years, but really started to notice the benefits of practicing consistently when life got a bit challenging — yoga for me has been such a great tool for becoming more centred and feeling well in myself. It has also allowed me to become stronger and keep working on my balance, especially important as I get that bit older.
